The Process

Protecting a property from wildfire shouldn't be confusing, and it shouldn't feel like a hard sell. Here's what working with us actually looks like, from the first call to the finished job.

It Starts With a Conversation

It starts with a conversation. You call or send a message, and a real person gets back to you. That sounds basic, but it's the thing people around here mention most: we call back.

In that first conversation, we talk through your property, what you're most worried about, and your timing. Whether you're planning ahead for next season, getting ready for a year that's shaping up to be a bad one, or watching smoke on the ridge right now, it starts the same way. No pitch, no pressure.

We Match the Protection to Your Property

Every property is different, and so is every situation. Based on what you're protecting and how much time you're working with, we'll recommend the coating that fits best for your situation, and tell you plainly what it will and won't do.

A home that's already standing calls for something different than a barn full of animals, or a house still being framed. Part of our job is knowing which is which, and not steering you toward the biggest job when a lighter one is the right call.

We Do the Work

When it's time to apply, a trained and certified crew handles it, led by a working builder who understands how structures go together. We cover a structure the way it needs to be covered, including the spots that are easy to reach past and miss.

We check our own work, and we won't close a job we wouldn't stand behind. On the permanent coating, that verification includes an independent third-party inspection.

If you're a builder, we'll work to fit your build calendar rather than asking you to work around ours.

Staying Protected After the Job

Some of the protection we apply is meant to be temporary, and it needs refreshing to keep doing its job. For owners who'd rather not track that themselves, and for existing commercial properties, second homes, and managed properties, ongoing service agreements keep things current without rebooking every season.

We're local. We're not a crew that rolls through once and disappears.

Common questions

  • Call us or send a message through the contact page. A real person will get back to you to talk through your property, your concerns, and your timing. No pressure, no obligation.

  • The best time is before fire season, especially for the longer-lasting coatings that are meant to be planned into your year or your build. That said, if a season is shaping up badly, or there's already fire in the area, call us and we'll tell you honestly what we can get done and when.

  • Call, and we'll be straight about what's possible and how quickly. If you or your animals are in immediate danger, call 911 first. We are not an emergency response service, and we'll never pretend to be one.
